- Q: What is the latest I can place an order?
- A: 3pm is our cut off time. However, if we hold the item in stock we may be able to courier it over to you, please call us to discuss.
- Q: What If I order the wrong product?
- A: Please send us an email immediately explaining your error. Or alternatively telephone us as soon as you can after placing your order in order for us to amend it on our system before it goes to our warehouse.
- Q: Where can you deliver to?
- A: We can deliver anywhere within the United Kingdom. We also offer a 3 day delivery to the Channel Islands.
- Q: What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?
- A: Our courier will leave you a card and you can then call them in order to rearrange delivery at a time more suitable to you.
- Q: Do you deliver to the Channel Islands?
- A: Yes we do but our delivery pricing is different, please contact us for further information.
- Q: I have a query on my invoice?
- A: Please contact our Accounts department immediately in order to discuss your query.
- Q: My items are damaged on delivery what do I do?
- A: We allow 48 hours for all damages to be reported. Please contact us as soon as you can and we will arrange collection of the damaged goods and replacement goods to be sent to you.
- Q: The product I am looking for is not on your website?
- A: Please contact us - we are adding new products daily.
- Q: I am looking for a new machine not just media who do I contact?
